Process and Payment
After filling out the Order Form with the details of your commission, a price quote is given to the commissioner. Acceptance of payment is divided into three stages:
Thumbnail: Upon the commissioner's agreement with the given price quote, a quick thumbnail drawing is prepared to give the commissioner an idea of what I'll draw for his request. If the thumbnail is approved, the first third of the payment is received before proceeding to the next stage.
Comprehensive: A near-complete draft of the commission is shown to the commissioner for approval. At this stage, anything that the commissioner would like to be changed should be specified. If the comprehensive is approved, the second third of the payment is received before proceeding to the final stage.
Final: Upon completion of the project, a low-resolution copy of the final piece is shown to the commissioner for approval. The high-resolution copy is sent once the final third of the payment is received. If the commissioner would like to have anything changed at this stage, the commissioner will be subjected to additional charges.
